Setanta Construction manufactured and completed a customised modular coffee unit for our client Hughes McMichael, as part of the ongoing expansion offering at Lesley Forestside Shopping Centre in South Belfast.
Pre-fabricated off-site in our factory, this construction method allowed for precise manufacturing to ensure components were built to exact specifications for a seamless installation. The modular nature also enabled faster construction, as parts were assembled and tested before being transported to site.
The 500 sq ft modular coffee unit is complete with a modern and stylish exterior finish, comprising of a floor to ceiling glass front seating area and a bespoke cosentino wall panel cladding.
The installation of the large glass windows involved careful measuring and alignment and demanded high thermal efficiency to prevent heat loss. Careful attention was given to sealing joints, waterproofing, and ensuring that external surfaces are resistant to environmental wear.
The combination of modern materials, careful design, and high-quality craftsmanship has resulted in a striking addition which will go towards enhancing the already excellent amenities and overall customer experience at this prime retail location.
