Traditional in style, inside it offers a timeless and modern mix aesthetic with classical fixtures and fittings including an open plan kitchen/dining/living area with floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors to the rear, boot room and storage, utility, guestroom with jack and jill ensuite, master bedroom with ensuite and walk in dressing room, family bedrooms and large garage.
Constructed using a blend of traditional craftsmanship and innovative building techniques, other features include:
- Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery System (MVHR)
- Energy saving triple glazed windows
- Thermally efficient wall and roof insulation (U-values??)
- PV sola panel system
